Human-Centered Care

Join Our Team

We’re building a collaborative, trauma-informed practice rooted in integrity, compassion, and sustainability - for both clients and clinicians.

Who should not apply? This is not a fit for clinicians seeking high-volume, productivity-driven environments or who feel most comfortable separating clinical work from values, culture, and relational accountability.

We’re looking for exceptional people to join our team.

Are you the one we’re looking for?
And just as importantly - are we the professional home you’re looking for?

A quick heads-up:
If you answer “no” to any of the questions below, that’s okay. It simply means we’re not the right fit for each other - and that’s valuable to know early. We wish you all the best in your important work.

Let’s Align

Step One: Licensure

Are you a therapist, functional medicine practitioner, or bodywork provider licensed to offer care in West Virginia?

If yes, let’s keep going.

Step Two: Clinical Philosophy

Are you passionate about supporting clients through growth and healing beyond the traditional medical model?

Do you believe in a whole-person approach - that mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected - and in addressing root causes, not just symptoms, that affect daily functioning and quality of life?

And do you understand that trauma is one of the leading contributors to human suffering and functioning and therefore see trauma-informed care as foundational, even if your clinical passions extend into other areas?

If yes, we’re still aligned.

Step Three: Culture & Values

Would you thrive in an environment rooted in integrity, trust, compassion, and service?

Would you feel at home on a team that believes reducing human suffering starts by protecting the health, bandwidth, and humanity of each other - even above profit?

(Yes, we know. A little radical.)

If you’re still saying yes, we think it might be time to connect.

One More Thing - The Practical Side

Are you drawn to the flexibility of private practice - schedule autonomy, mission-centered caseloads, and clinical independence - without the headaches of business ownership and the accompanying nonsense?

And finally… are you okay with the occasional, well-placed profanity at work?

If you’ve answered yes to all of the above, we definitely want to hear from you.
